Lunch: eggplant caviar with tomato vinaigrette, trout in foil, baked tomatoes and herbes de Provence and half a grapefruit.

Dinner: asparagus and avocado ice cream soup, green clove and bay leaf lentils, zucchini purée and sweetened apple compote.
