Steps
Millefeuille of pompadour, mozzarella and basil
Cook the Pompadour Label Rouge à l'anglaise and cut into thin slices.
On a plate, assemble the mille-feuilles by inserting Pompadour Label Rouge, slices of mozzarella & basil.
