ingredients

400 g frozen cherries
20 g pistachio paste
50 g chopped pistachios
2 tbsp. to s. of orgeat syrup
2 whole eggs 2 yolks
25 cl of fresh cream
25 cl of milk
10 g of butter
25 150 g caster sugar
60 g of Maïzena

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6).
Coat 10 g butter, then powder 25 g sugar with a 25 cm diameter baking dish (or 26 x 18 x 5 cm or 4 to 6 individual molds).
Put in the cherries.

2nd step

Mist Maizena, 150 g of sugar and a pinch of salt in a salad bowl.
Add beaten eggs and yolks, then pistachio paste. Add cream, milk and orgeat syrup.
Mix 10 seconds to obtain a fluid paste.
Pour on the cherries.

Step 3

Bake 35-40 minutes.
Sow chopped pistachios.
Serve warm.

tips

My ideas.
Pistachio paste: I find it in a delicatessen or I get it by mixing long peeled pistachios, not salted.

The For pretty pistachios: moisten them slightly with 1 drop of egg white, powder them with 1 tbsp. to c. sugar ; dry 5 min in a gentle oven.
