The Book Fair Youth: Like a giant playground
Children who come with their class, their buddies or their parents can buy books but also enjoy them to meet real authors or illustrators who give life to their favorite heroes. The opportunity to be offered on the spot a dedication with a small handmade drawing. There are also exhibitions, workshops and theater shows at the Montreuil Children's Book Fair. What to contemplate, listen to, dream. Here, storytellers read stories. There, it is an area of board games. On the Transmedia stage, we look at adaptations of novels to the screen, animated films or digital creations ... The main thread of all this is of course Alice. An exhibition brings together the illustrated versions of Alice In Wonderland for a century, from the most classic to the most powerful, to those of Antony Browne and Rebecca Dautremer.

Each year a jury of journalists, librarians and librarians, rewarded by a literary prize, the "Nuggets", the best books in each category, text and image: novel 9-12 years, documentary, album ....
