Anemia, manifestation of a deficiency
Anemia affects about 25% of the world's population. It is manifested by fatigue and abnormal breathlessness. One can also observe a pallor, headaches, falls of tension ... This health problem is characterized by a lack of red blood cells (hemoglobin) in the blood either by lack of production, or by loss of these globules. Red blood cells carry oxygen to tissues and organs, when they do not perform their function, the heart works more to oxygenate the body.

The different causes of anemia and risk factors
Women, young children and pregnant women are the most affected. Several causes cause anemia: iron deficiency and vitamin deficiency are the most common. More serious diseases can cause anemia (genetic disease, bone disease ...). So there are different forms of anemia, the only way to diagnose them is to do a blood test. A deficient diet of iron, vitamin B9 and B12 leads to anemia (vegans are the most exposed). Alcoholism and some drugs can also cause it. It is important to adapt your diet to fight anemia and provide the body with the nutrients it may be deprived of. We need iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid. A suitable diet and possibly supplementation can prevent anemia. Consume meat and fish as well as green vegetables and legumes.
