The pancakes, the games, the arrival of the beautiful days and the carnival! Mardi Gras is a festive day where children wear their best suits to parade in procession or to parade in front of their little comrades ... under the flashes and cheers of the parents! The opportunity also to have fun by donning a suit that we chose / made with it!

What is Mardi Gras?

Mardi Gras is a traditional celebration. In the Christian religion, it marks the end of the " week of the seven fat days" which makes reservations before beginning Lent, period of fasting. The carnival makes it possible to temporarily put the fast in brackets and to participate in a great collective unfolding. Today, it is mostly a friendly party and a moment of sharing. For the gourmands, it is also the occasion to eat pancakes.

Princess, witches and oddities ... disguises at the top

If you have a child in your entourage, you will not escape the traditional carnival costume.

Traditional. Sometimes we try to offer them a new disguise, we always come back to the same costumes. Pirate, princess, superhero, witch, etc. The costumes 'tradi' have the coast and since there is not necessarily a precise model, one can indulge in varying colors, accessories, materials, adding makeup (or not) ...

Cultural references. What Star Wars fan has ever dreamed of turning his offspring into a young padawan armed with a lightsaber? The carnival is also an opportunity to have fun by imagining a nice costume (and provided the progeny is docile) ... Like the lightsaber of the jedi, we do not forget to add the emblematic accessories for easy recognition!

The animals . Other classic: animal disguise. Fox, panda, lion ... we have a choice!
