ingredients

100 g pure cocoa powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cuil. to c. of vanilla extract
4 eggs
250 g flour type 55
25 g of sugar

Steps

Step 1

Sift together flour and cocoa through a fine colander by dropping them in a salad bowl, add sugar and cinnamon. Dig a hole in the center, put eggs and vanilla. Mix by turning until you get a smooth paste.

2nd step

On a floured plan, spread the dough on 2.5 mm thick. Cut it into strips 1 to 2 cm wide (you can also use a pasta machine).


Step 3

Cook for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain, divide into 4 hot plates. Enjoy with a knob of butter. You can also drizzle liquid honey or light cream and sprinkle with almonds, crushed hazelnuts or chopped pistachios.
