A light syrup with rum.
Butter cream: 2 egg yolks, 2oo gr of sugar, 2oo gr of butter, 75 gr of dark chocolate
Cream ganache cover: 60 cl of thick cream, 50 gr of butter, 150 gr of dark chocolate cocoa, 100 gr of icing sugar
For decoration: 50 gr of white chocolate, a little cream and icing sugar
