5 leek whites (600 g when sorted) -480 g Dauphiné ravioli plates -100 g thin slices of bacon -50 g grated emmental -40 cl light cream (to be adapted depending on the size of the dough your dish) -sel, pepper, olive oil and a little butter for cooking

Serve warm or cold with a green salad. This dish is excellent also served cold the next day.
