The new H & M Close the Loop collection

After the Conscious collection launched in 2010, H & M goes even further in the clothing recycling line. The Swedish brand launches its new Close the Loop collection on October 6, 2016, available online. Composed of new denim pieces, the collection's garments are made from recycled cotton and wool, retrieved from their shops. Jeans, shirts, jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts ... The collection includes a total of 26 models , including 11 models for women, 10 for men and 5 for children.

The prices ? Always affordable since the fork goes from 19.99 € for a t-shirt, up to 99 € for a coat or a wool jacket.

H & M, a pioneer in eco-friendly fashion

Since 2013, the H & M brand offers all its customers to bring back their old clothes or textiles. The goal is clear: reduce the environmental impact of the fashion industry. Because according to the brand, more than 95% of the thousands of tons of garments thrown could be recycled. And even if H & M is now able to use 20% recycled cotton from their collection, it is still too little. More than 2,989,208 kilos of clothing have already been collected in France. A figure of over 34 million kilos worldwide!
