Choose your sun powder
Even if it exists in two versions: mate or iridescent, to begin without being mistaken, one chooses a matte powder, without glitter and without nacre, to create a tanned effect without tan and without excess. For the lightest skins, choose a honey and sand color. For medium-to-golden skins, caramel shades are preferred, and for the darker skins, chocolate and amber tones are used.
The right tools for the sun powder
Most cases of sun powder provide an applicator brush specifically designed for the powder. A little flared, this flat brush makes it possible to apply the bronzing powder on the curved areas of your face. Because this is the goal: to sublimate the areas that the sun reaches first: the roundness of the forehead, the bridge of the nose, cheekbones ... for a naturally tanned complexion. For lack of this special brush, choose a large large brush , ideally beveled.
Good gestures to apply sun powder
Start by taking product from your case, then lightly tapping the back of your hand to remove excess powder. With your large brush, brush very lightly all over the face, stretching the material well in the neck and décolleté to avoid the demarcations.
To structure your face, insist with the brush to form the number 3 on the side of your face. Start with the temple before circling the eye to emphasize the cheekbones and start rounding towards the jaw. This movement creates a natural relief and captures the light. To hide a small double chin, insist on the jaw bone under the chin. You will create a shadow that will attenuate the unwanted volume.
