Ouch, fingerprints and breadcrumbs in sight ... And that's not the worst!

My computer is (really) cracra

English and American studies * have shown that our keyboards and our mice can be up to 5 times dirtier than a toilet bowl ... Quickly, we unplug everything and do the housework.

How to clean his computer?

Several options for cleaning up.

  • We put on the air . Ideally, it is better to use a vacuum cleaner on USB (about € 7 on fnac.com) . But you can also lift the dust between the keys of the keyboard with a hairdryer or - for more precision - a dry air bomb (Aerosol dust, MaxiBuro, € 5.59). The residues are carefully recovered using a post-it, sticky side.
  • White vinegar (and elbow oil). To remove the keys, use a cotton swab lightly soaked in white vinegar (be careful, never liquid directly on the components at the risk of burning them). You can also put a few drops on a microfiber cloth (not too abrasive and it avoids lint) to remove traces of dirt.
  • To clean the screen once a week: a cloth is impregnated with a mixture of 2/3 water and 1/3 white vinegar , it is wrung well and rubs in small circular movements. We can also use a cleaning pad, made in France, eco and super efficient: € 8 on studioloco.fr
