The ingredients are limited to Aleppo soap , water and lavender essential oil. Choose a real Aleppo soap. Be careful not to buy an imitation that would not be natural. To make your shower gel, grate the soap in the pan, add a liter of water, mix at low temperature until the soap dissolves, finally add fifteen drops of lavender essential oil. Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into the bottle.
This shower gel can be kept for about two months. For better preservation, you can add a few drops of grapefruit seed extract. If you have dry skin, you can also add two tablespoons of glycerin to better hydrate the skin . The essential oil of lavender scents the shower gel while having healing properties for the skin. But it's not the only one you can use.

In winter, consider adding a few drops of eucalyptus or ravintsara essential oil to your shower gel to ward off colds and flus.
