The best way ?
Work the muscles of the postural tone, that is to say the muscles of the neck, those along the spine, those that connect the pelvis to the legs, and finally those along the legs and feet.

Easy, by practicing every day the fun exercises of Thierry Bredel, sports coach:
- Put on your socks standing on one foot.

- We go up the stairs two by two, without sticking to
the banister of the stairs.

- We brush our teeth in balance on one leg.

- We move with a full glass of water to the brim , trying not to spill.

- We remain standing in the public transport without
stand at the bar.

- We jump over the puddles in the street.

- We play hopscotch with the kids.

- We copy the pink flamingo .
Standing upright, we fix the horizon and we raise one knee before us. And like the wader, the balance is maintained for at least 10 s. Then we close our eyes, and we try to hold another 5 s. Same exercise on the other leg.
