1 carrot
100 g white tofu
Fresh coriander
Nuoc sauce.

Steps

Step 1

Infuse the Ariaké Beef Broth 5 min. in 66 cl of simmering water (the equivalent of 2 bowls).

2nd step

In this broth, cook the sliced ​​carrot and mushrooms cut into large slices. Add the diced tofu. Add a few drops of nuocmam sauce. Divide the whole into individual bowls.

Step 3

Sprinkle each bowl with freshly chopped coriander. Serve hot.
