ingredients
200 g flour 1/2 sachet of baking powder
200 g of sugar
1 organic lemon
100 10 g of soft butter
2 big eggs
8 tbsp. to s. of milk
Steps
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (tea 4). Mingle in a salad bowl flour, yeast, sugar, a pinch of salt and the zest of lemon taken with a small grater. Add 100 g of split soft butter and lemon juice, mix vigorously. Finally pour the beaten eggs with the milk and whisk until you get a smooth dough.
2nd step
Butter 4 mini cake molds . Pour in the dough, bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before returning to unmold.
