350 g of Penne Rigate (Barilla)
200 g (1 pot) Ricotta sauce (Barilla)
1 sliced zucchini
1 bunch of flat parsley
1 clove of garlic

Steps
Penne with Ricotta sauce
1-Dip the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water, cook for 11 min in small broths.
2- During this time, in a non-stick pan , heat 2 tbsp. to s. olive oil. Add the zucchini slices, salt, brown them over medium-low heat. Add the pressed garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat. Add Ricotta sauce, pepper to the grinder.
3- Drain the pasta. At the first broth of the sauce, pour them into the sauté pan with finely chopped parsley. Mix. Present immediately on hot plates.
