ingredients
1 kg of pumpkin
2 tbsp. to s. broken walnuts
4 drops of essential oil of green anise
2 tbsp. to s. of walnut oil

Steps
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, discard the pips, then cut into cubes. Steam for 15 minutes, adding the essential oil of green anise in the boiling water in the perforated basket.
2nd step
Once cooked, pass the potimarron to the potato masher. Salt, pepper and add walnut oil. Arrange the mashed potatoes in a nice serving dish and decorate the surface with walnut kernels. Serve immediately with meat or fish.
