8 biscuits with spoon
250 g strawberries
10 cl of cold liquid cream
10 cl of liquid cream at room temperature
200 g of cottage cheese
1 bar of white chocolate with coffee
2 tbsp. to s. raspberry coulis

Steps

Step 1

In advance. Line the bottom of the crumbled biscuit verrines, sprinkle with the raspberry coulis. Wash the strawberries, cut into cubes, divide them in the verrines.

2nd step

Cream. Beat the cold liquid cream in firm whipped cream with a pinch of salt. Stir in the white cheese delicately, with a circular gesture. Pour this preparation into the verrines by smoothing the surface. Book 30 minutes cool.
Prepare the ganache in the coffee. Crush the coffee chocolate roughly. Heat the liquid cream at room temperature, pour on the chocolate. Mix: the ganache must be smooth and homogeneous. Let stand for 10 minutes, then divide in the verrines. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating.
