4 small zucchini
1 bunch of radishes

Steps
Step 1
Wash 4 small zucchini and scrape them as needed, without peeling them. Wipe them.
2nd step
Wash a bundle of radish with plenty of water. Wipe them.
Cut zucchini and radish into very small cubes and put them in a bowl
Step 3
Rinse and chop 5 sprigs of flat parsley and 5 sprigs of chives over the bowl.
Add 3 tbsp. to s. of walnut oil, 2 tbsp. to s. of cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix everything well.
Step 4
Wash and wring a large handful of purslane.
Step 5
Make a bed of salad on each plate, decorated with a few thin slices of radish, sprinkle with 1 tsp. to s. of walnut oil.
Step 6
On each plate, fill a circle with the preparation, tamp well, remove it.
Step 7
Decorate with coarsely crushed nuts and serve.
