ingredients

130 g sifted flour
3 eggs
3 dl of milk
30 g melted butter
1 tbsp. to s. of rum
1 tbsp. to s. from Peppermint
1 tbsp. to s. rose water
Bonne Maman jams: strawberry, apricot, raspberry

Steps

Step 1

Mingle in a flour bowl and a pinch of salt . Dig a hole , pour in eggs, rum, mix by slowly dropping the flour from the walls. You get a thick paste. Break down by pouring the milk little by little, without stopping turning. Add the butter

2nd step

Separate the dough into 3 bowls. Add the Peppermint in one, the rose water in another. Keep the third nature.

Step 3

Cook the two-sided pancakes until crispy. As you go, slide them on a plate and coat with a thin layer of jam. Wrap them tight, place them in a bouquet in an empty pot of jam Bonne Maman. Do not wait too long!

tips

I check the diameter of my stove : the ideal is that it does not exceed 20 cm. l With Peppermint, I prefer strawberry jam; with rose water, I choose raspberry.
The texture of Bonne Maman jams is perfect for the good performance of rolled pancakes.
