125 g Francine Flour Flour
15 cl of milk
1 egg 2 egg whites
100 g of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 apples
1 bomb of whipped cream

Steps

Step 1

Place the Flour Flour Francine in a bowl, dig a well in the center, pour the whole egg, then add a pinch of salt. Mix the mixture by gently pouring the milk in the center until a smooth dough is obtained. Beat the egg whites into the snow and gently fold in the dough and add 30 g of sugar at the end.

2nd step

Put the cooking oil to heat.

Step 3

While the oil is heating, cut the apples into slices. Pour the remaining sugar on a plate. Spread the slices of apples in a sugar and cinnamon mixture before dipping them into the donut dough and placing them in the frying bath.

Step 4

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes turning over with a skimmer when the top is golden. Proceed in small amounts for a better result.

Once cooked, place them on paper towels before eating them with whipped cream.
