4 Ariane apples peeled, whole and hollowed
50 gr of raisins
50 gr of pistachios
50 gr of almonds
50 gr of honey
500 gr of powdered sugar
½ liter of water
1 package of Kadaïff paste (available at Middle Eastern stores)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon icing sugar
½ liter of ice cream with orange blossom or rose petals

Steps

Step 1

Prepare a syrup for so much sugar and water.

Peel and scoop the Ariane apples.

Dip them in the syrup covered with parchment paper so that they are well immersed. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Let cool.

2nd step

With a brush, brush the melted honey apples well, filling the core with a mixture of grapes, pistachios, almonds and honey.

Roll in the Kadaïff dough to make balls of dough.

Place in a baking tin and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 180 ° for 20 minutes until the dough turns a beautiful color.

Serve warm by sprinkling a little cinnamon and icing sugar with a scoop of ice cream.
