500 g fresh or frozen figs
300 g fig jam
60 g of almond powder
200 g flour type 65 (organic)
100g of butter 1/2 salt
2 yolks 1 egg white
75 g coarse brown sugar

1 pie plate of 24-25 cm

Steps

Step 1

In advance. Mingle in the salad bowl flour, sugar, a pinch of salt. Add chopped butter, egg yolks, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. to s. of water. Knead with your fingertips as briefly as possible. Put in a ball, keep 30 minutes in the fridge.

 

2nd step

Prepare the background. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6). Place the sheet of baking paper in the pie plate, mark the angle of the bottom with the fingernail. Crush the dough on it in packages. Carve the whole mold. Brush with lightly beaten egg white, cover with almond powder.

Step 3

Garnish, cook. Mingle in the salad bowl jam and split figs (still frozen if frozen), spread on the almond powder. Bake immediately 30 min. Let cool before unmolding by lifting the paper with 4 hands.
