A challenge a week to break the routine

Changing life to take full advantage is primarily a question of motivation. In order not to procrastinate and deliver our good resolutions (and our happiness) the next day, we are coached. As with sports or dieting, breaking a routine requires perseverance and sometimes a little help. To give us a boost in a playful way, the two founders of Holi Me propose to send us a mail a week with, inside, a challenge to be met. Imagined by a pro (psy, HRD, sophrologist, ...), this one aims to help us feel better in all aspects of our life. Cap 'or not cap' to go there?

Here are some examples of what we can discover in our mails

- Show his qualities . One lists his 3 main qualities, possibly calling to relatives if they dry, and they are displayed on a table, prominently, to remember them. Effective to reboost your confidence in the evening, on a daily basis!

- Make laugh the first person that one crosses . Yes it may seem complicated but one comes out grown up, delighted to have surpassed his fear of approaching and succeed in making laugh a stranger. In addition, it seems that a good laugh is equivalent to a meditation session. Top not?

- We stop complaining. Finally, we admit at first that we are a rascal and then we go into action by banishing the negative terms of our language. How? It does not say "I am at the end of my life", "Aaaah what is it cold" and neither "Aaaah what is hot"!

- We look at the films that do us good . "The Holiday", "Mamma Mia!", "The March of the Emperor", "Love Actually" ... Sometimes a good film is enough to help us to positive. So why deprive yourself?
