If some roundness we like, there are others that we would do well. Result, as soon as one wears a little tight pants, it stuck or makes appear an unsightly buoy.

1st step to refine your hips: rebalance your diet

A slender figure, even at the hips, goes through a thoughtful and healthy diet. We change our habits by reducing the intake of fats and sugars. Haro especially on sausages, cheese, industrial foods often too salty that tend to swell. Instead, we prefer the whole bread, the variety of vegetables by mixing cooked and raw. Against the round hips, we bet on endurance sports

Sport side, it turns out slightly more complicated. When you want to lose weight buttocks, thighs or belly, there are adapted sports exercises. But for the hips, it's another story, since there is no muscle in this area. For Fabrice Bernardini, the only solution: choose "a sport that allows to dry, that is to say that draws in fat. So we put on endurance sports like running, to practice for a minimum of 25 minutes to melt without gaining muscle volume. It also works with the bike (indoor or outdoor) and swimming.

What if we drained to lose hips?

Last essential reflex: to avoid the retention of water and to knock out the fat cells. So we begin by properly hydrate so that the body does not store excess water between the skin and muscles. As a double blow by hydrating and draining thanks to herbal teas made from ash, elderberry or dandelion, with diuretic properties. We also put on draining drinks to drink throughout the day.
