1 jar of quince jelly
300 g rocket in a bag
2 apples
200 g cherry tomatoes
2 carrots
1 tuft of chervil
1 lemon juice
3 cl of olive oil

Steps

Step 1

Scrape , wash the carrots. Slice the seeded apples into thin slices. Grate the carrots with a coarse grater. Cut half the tomatoes in half. Mingle everything with the arugula in jars of jam or bowls.

Pepper the olive oil; add the lemon, salt.

2nd step

Unmould the jelly of quince by turning the jar. Cut half of it into cubes of approx. 1 cm side (put the rest in the pot). Put them on the salad like croutons, sprinkle with sauce. Serve fast.
