500 g green asparagus
50 g of parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. to s. olive oil
1 tbsp. to s. balsamic vinegar

Steps

Roasted asparagus with Parmesan cheese

1. In advance: cut the end of the asparagus if it is very hard. Heat 4-5 cm of salted water in the frying pan, coat with asparagus, simmer for 5 minutes.

2. At the same time: slice the parmesan cheese in chips with an economical knife. Drain, dry the asparagus on the linen. Put them on the dish , sprinkle with the oil, salt, pepper, mix.

3. 10 min before serving: heat the plancha . Lay the asparagus in one layer. Turn them to roast them on all sides . Transfer them to the dish, mash them with the vinegar on the dish. Sow the Parmesan, serve hot .
