ingredients

6 salmon pavers with skin
3 tomatoes
3 Ariane apples
2 tbsp. capers
5 c. tablespoon of peanut oil
salt
pepper

Steps

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes. Remove the peduncles and cut the tomatoes in small cubes.

2nd step

Peel the Ariane apples and cut them in small dice. Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into a saucepan. Add the tomatoes and place on low heat. Fry for 3 minutes, stirring and add the Ariane apples. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook gently for 15 minutes.

Finally cooking, add the capers. Book warm.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a skillet. When it is hot, put the salmon steaks, skin side in the pan and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes. The skin must be well grilled. Pepper.

Step 4

Remove the tiles from the pan and drain them on paper towels. Make a bed of crushed tomato and Ariane apple in the bottom of each plate. Place salmon on top, skin side up and cover with a little crushed.

Rectify the seasoning and serve immediately.
