ingredients

500 g of strawberries from France
6 shortbread sesame, oat and poppy
80 g of sugar
15 cl of water
100 g of white chocolate
20 cl of whipping cream 30%
2 tablespoons of milk
For the decor: pink sugar or strawberries

Steps

Step 1

Wash the strawberries, drain them and plant them.

2nd step

Boil 100 g strawberries cut in 4 with sugar and water for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Place the shortbreads in the bottom of the 6 verrines.

Step 4

Cut the remaining strawberries into 4 and put them in the verrines. Cover them with cooked strawberries and strawberry syrup.

Step 5

Melt white chocolate with milk in a bain-marie or microwave. Let cool.

Step 6

Whip the cream in whipped cream then add the warm chocolate spoonful by spoonful without stop whipping.

Step 7

Cover the strawberries with whipped cream. Sprinkle with pink sugar or decorate with a strawberry half.

Step 8

Reserve in the fridge before eating.
