4 large ripe tomatoes
400 g strawberries "Marat des bois"
200 g pineapple meat
200 g of cottage cheese at 0%
10 g of balsamic vinegar
4 biscuits speculoos

Steps

Step 1

Place the 0% cottage cheese in a container with 100 g of diced cutters about 5 mm thick.
Mix gently.

2nd step

Spread in the bottom of 4 glasses. Reserve cool.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes , place them in a rather high bowl, mix them. Filter the juice obtained.

Step 3

Add the balsamic vinegar , reserve in the fridge.
Cut the pineapple and the remaining strawberries into cubes of about 5 mm.

Step 4

Give some mill turns. Spread in the glasses.
Gently pour the tomato juice .
Crush the speculoos and sprinkle on the tomato juice at the last moment. Make some point of balsamic vinegar on top.
