As for shoes: to practice a training or sports activity in the gym, you have to choose sneakers that will have good support and a good sole. It is the latter that helps to cushion unforeseen and lateral movements or changes of direction. These two criteria are therefore the most important to take into account to be able to practice this activity without hurting themselves in the long run.

Clothing side: here too we put on leggings. This one can be long or stop at the calves, it's up to you to see what you prefer. And we put on an airy basic top. In all cases, the clothes must breathe the skin to ensure the most comfort possible, dry on the way to avoid getting cold when the body is cooling! Ditto for the bra, it is chosen for a strong maintenance because again, it is necessary to cushion the impacts on the ground.

Side shoes: the running shoe, it is planned for stability more or less in the axis. Its sole is not very suitable for a lateral change of direction (except for tennis shoes). But it also requires good cushioning to minimize vibration due to ground contact.

What outfit to do yoga or soft gym?

Clothing side: a combination that conforms to body shapes is ultimately the most practical garment to wear during yoga sessions or soft gym. It avoids this repetitive situation where the T-shirt falls on the face at different positions for example. Side bra, either the combination has a built-in, or we opt for a headband or a soft brassiere, since the movements or exercises are soft.

As for shoes: you can not wear anything and stay barefoot, but to better adhere to the carpet during the activity or to get a better comfort during the exercise, we choose slippers that slip like socks.
