4 large peaches from here quite firm
200 g flour
125 g of butter
75 g brown sugar
60 g of almond powder

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 °.

In a salad bowl, mix the flour, 100 g diced butter and 6 tablespoons water. Form a ball of dough and place in a cool place.

Peel the peaches, split them in half, remove the kernel and cut into large quarters.

Melt 25 g of butter in a pan, add the brown sugar, caramelize slightly and add the peaches. Brown for 3 minutes and arrange the fruit in a pie dish. Sprinkle the almond powder.

2nd step


Roll out the dough and cut a disc slightly larger than the mold. Cover the peaches and bake for about 30 minutes.

Unmold the Tatin Tart by turning it over on a plate and serve warm or cold.
