The formula: a pigmented water-based ink.
What do we think? If you have never used an eyeliner, this is the one you choose because its tapered foam tip, neither too soft nor too hard, easily follows the eye contour, and delivers the right amount of product (fluid but not too much). As a result, we obtain a flawless, homogeneous and the same density on both eyes.
The most bluffing: a shitty line, slightly moiré. A color result between sky and sea of a brilliant bluish green. Good performance and yet easy to remove .
To improve: it costs a bit expensive.
The VB: close the hood (it must "click") to prevent the product from drying too fast.
The price: 21 €, here in Iridescent Jade, it also exists in marine, in pharmacies and parapharmacies.
Eye-liners: Estée Lauder Intense Kajal EyeLiner Duo
For who ? Beginners.
The formula: a tender mine enriched with waxes.
What do we think? Almost as accurate as a classic eyeliner, as easy to apply as a pencil, and two-tone more, it allows to have fun producing effects and increase the possibilities of eye makeup. It is, however, more kajal than eyeliner.
The most stunning: the softness of its texture, density and brightness of colors.
To improve: in pencil, kajal or indeed smoky, nothing to say. In liner mode, the mine is a bit too soft, too soft and too soft to be precise.
VB: store in the refrigerator to harden the mine before use, and prune it often.
The price: 24 €, exists in only one reference, Black & Blue, in department stores and approved perfume shops.

What do we think? The line stretches easily with a thickness that can be adjusted according to whether one presses more or less on its soft and flexible felt tip. It escapes the main through this type of applicator, which usually draws perfectly the first eye but rarely the second for lack of "ink"!
The most bluffing: a clear, almost calligraphic layout, which allows to realize the eye of doe, the comma or futuristic trait according to his desires.
To improve: the very low capacity compared to the price.
The VB: prepare a moistened Cotton-Rod to correct any burrs, as it is removed with warm water.
The price: 33,78 €, only in black, in department stores and approved perfume shops.
Eye-liners: Smashbox Jet Set Eye Liner Waterproof
For who ? The artists.
The formula: a gel-cream texture resistant to water based on waxes and silicones.
What do we think? You do not have to be a makeup pro to successfully use this eyeliner. Its texture makes it easy to draw the stroke with a brush (you can even grind it for a minute before it's dry). It is very playful and inspiring for those who have the artistic fiber.
The most bluffing: it does not run and is infinitely soft on the skin. The line does not "crumble" over the hours; the color is dense and homogeneous. The violet shade is superb.
To improve: the brush ... not sold with the liner.
The VB: even give you a brush, choose the flat and natural hair, with a tip not too thin to be able to make a thick or thin line by positioning it flat or on the edge.
The price: € 19, six shades (here, Deep Purple), exclusively at Sephora.

For who ? The budgets "slim".
The formula: enriched with flexible fibers, which increases resistance to friction, and silk oil for softness.
What do we think? It's more a pencil than a liner, despite its name. But, by cutting him well, one succeeds his doe's eye. It is particularly well tolerated by delicate eyelids.
The most bluffing: we can cry ... laughing, walking in the rain and dancing all night, the line does not "crumble" and remains as bright as when applied.
To improve: we would like it a little less melting (a little bit) ...
The VB: it holds even better if you powder your eyelid just before. You can also play the overlay with a fluid eyeliner for an intense graphic smoky effect.
The price: 9,60 €, here in black, it also exists in brown and blue, in department stores and perfumeries.
Eye-liners: Bourjois Liner Vinyl Effect
For who ? The vintage addicts.
The formula: based on long-lasting polymers.
What do we think? The result lives up to the promise of the vinyl effect. But the texture, rather thick and adherent, requires almost infallible control for a nickel plot. If not, allow ten more minutes to put on makeup ...
The most stunning: the stroke of jet black, shining like a lacquer or shoes patent, very graphic and really glamorous. Density, homogeneity and holding (twenty-four hours) more than perfect.
To improve: it dries a bit too fast and holds so well that it takes a waterproof makeup remover to overcome.
The VB: to facilitate the application, predrawn its line with a classic liner (felt for example) then iron with the Vinyl Effect for shine.
The price: € 13.95, in department stores.
Eye-liners: do not panic!
The tips of Karim Rahman, expert makeup artist L'Oréal of Paris: "Apply the mascara before the eyeliner: the curvature and the height of the eyelashes give the direction of the line to draw."
