How this book and its format, 100% plastic, are n e s?

Like many ideas, this one came from a personal experience. I have been practicing water aerobics for several years. One day, I was annoyed by the girls who talked too much during the class. As a girl who made a whim, I decided to do my exercises alone in my corner, helping me with a book placed on the edge of the pool. Except that, I did not realize that the book would turn quickly into boiled paper ... And that's when I realized: the plastic book that does not fear the water has to to come up !

You é not bad writing of books for children, we did not expect you in the field of the form ...

Yes that's right ... I'm not the biggest sportsman we know. I am a normal person who, like everyone else, does not always have the time. But I can recognize when things are not going well, and take control of myself. And it's a little message I want to convey with The Water aerobics Leslie.

Have you used a sports coach for r e pertorier the right exercises of aerobics?

No ... In fact, since the time that I practice this sport, I have become unbeatable (laughs) ! In aqua gym, the movements and exercises are quite repetitive. Even if one can vary, one day choose to work the upper body and lower body the next day, we realize that it is always the same exercises that come back. I myself have checked all the movements I talk about in The Water aerobics Leslie to help the designer.

That is what your book is more than other books on aerobics?

I found that the exercises were not often very clear in some books written mainly by sports coaches. I think that my journalism training really helped me to do something accessible. In The Water aerobics Leslie, the idea was to accompany the student by putting in place thanks to the drawings that explain the "stepping" movements. And then, the fact that it's all plastic, of course!
