ingredients

1 zucchini
400 g tomatoes
15 slices of bacon (Herta)
1 broken dough
75 g grated emmental cheese
1 tbsp. to c. thyme
1 tbsp. to s. olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7). Cut the zucchini into thin slices, then the tomatoes into slices 1 cm thick. Heat the slices of tomatoes partially seeded 10 min over low heat in a large pan nonstick to dry a little.

2nd step

In a pie dish of 23-24 cm diameter, slightly oiled, alternate tomatoes, zucchini and slices of bacon folded in 2. Sow thyme, sprinkle with oil and vinegar, cover with cheese.

Step 3

Place the dough, put the edges between vegetables and mold, leave 1 cm empty between mold and dough to allow the juice to evaporate. Puncture a few holes with the needle, put in the oven for 30 minutes. As soon as you leave the oven, turn over at once on a slightly hollow dish.

tips

Pastry. Thicker than standard pasta, Grandmother's treasure (Herta, 280 g) resists the possible excess of juice rendered by tomatoes and zucchini. It will give a crispy crust.
